Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Who do we want to make life better for? We strive to provide our members and guests with a welcoming, unique space to develop their confidence in movement and contribute positively to their health and wellness. We also focus on our staff! After all, making life better for staff ultimately helps The Hive contribute to our community at large.

The environment we work together in, and the learning culture The Hive is creating are definitely fun and exciting. Our staff orientation process is consistently reviewed and improved so we can set you up to feel successful and valued from the start. Assistant Managers strive to provide schedules that not only meet the needs of The Hive but also fit your availability. There are staff events and outings organized so we can get together and have some fun on a social level and many of us enjoy retail perks and discounts from some local vendors and industry partners.

The best part is, The Hive still has plans for many more ways to make staff feel welcomed and inspired; we look forward to having the opportunity to interview and hire more great staff as we grow! Could this be you?

all staff training days

Andrew Coffey, Owner & King Worker Bee, is not only an active climber, he is also a driving force of motivating and including staff. Andrew’s background in experiential education is built into the day, giving us a chance to learn while we play!

We can’t give away all the details about our Staff Training Day — you’ll find out yourself when you join the team — but know this: the commitment to our learning, our safe place to provide feedback and most importantly FUN is embodied here and lived all year long.
