Relax and reset your body in this blended workshop of Restorative and Yin yoga complemented by therapeutic hands on touch.

Participants hold yoga poses for sustained periods of time whilst Haley and her assistants circulate through the room supporting students with body-work based massage and adjustments. This workshop is all levels and considered beneficial for anyone looking to rest, reset and heal. YINtimate is Haley’s passion project and encourages connection and relaxation through intention, intelligence and respect.

Weight Training For Climbers

Sundays 10-11am | March 17 – April 14

An introduction course to weight training designed for the climbing community and anyone else wanting to diversify their training. Emphasis is put on proper technique, reps, sets and loads. Participants will learn about the potential and benefits of using weights and resistance to take their climbing to the next level.

Matthew is a certified Trainer and a Hive climbing instructor. He holds a Level 1 Functional Movement certification from BCPTI, is a former professional runner (3:59Mile) and an avid climber (V5/5.11). He incorporates all these experiences into his programming to empower you climb harder.

Women In Weight Training

April 27th-May 25th | Saturdays 1:30 – 2:30pm

Ladies, we got you. Hang with a great group of women and get gym-equipped using bar bells and dumb bells building muscles you never knew you had. Lifting can send your climbing over the top and balance out your yoga obsession. Feel great, look great and learn how to train functionally for life.

Linda has a passion for lifting anything from weights to groceries to the occasional competition. She is a certified personal trainer, a HiveFit instructor and the owner of Orijin Yoga. From being a strength and conditioning coach for MMA fighters in Asia to helping yogis develop strength and stability, Linda loves helping people to increase their confidence through flexing their muscles.
